I just got iFolder 3.8 installed and integrated with Active Directory. The Windows and Mac clients work just fine and are syncing happily, but I am having issues with web access. I am using SSL, by the way.
First, my issues with iFolder Administration: I can login just fine, and the Users tab comes up quickly. I can browse through the pages of users. If I click on a user, however, my web browser just sits in a "waiting for <URL>" status for a few minutes, and finally times out with this message:
Exception type: HttpException
The request timed out.
Not very helpful, I realize. This happens in IE, Firefox, and Chrome, both locally on the iFolder server and via my PC on the same LAN as the server. The Users tab, Servers tab, and Reports tab all come up quickly, but again, if I click on anything within those tabs, I get the timeout. If I click on the System or iFolders tab, I also get the timeout.
Regarding web access to iFolder, I cannot login at all. Upon entering my username and password, the browser spins its wheels for a while before asking me to "Please re-enter your username and password." I have looked in the Simias.log and the Apache logs, and haven't seen anything obvious. When attempting to access the problematic portions of the Web Admin, I see a bunch of "Get" messages (i.e.: GetSystem, GetHomeServer, etc.), and no errors. When trying to login to iFolder, I see my user get successfully authenticated in the log.
Here is the section of the log from when I tried to login to iFolder via the web. Thank you for any suggestions!

The following URLs are supported in Vibe, and might appear in the table above.
Permalinks are URLs that remain constant over time, and are used to reference individual workspaces, folders and entries. You can use them as bookmarks, or e-mail them to others. Copy and paste them as needed.
If the folder owner has set up an e-mail address for this folder, then you can add entries directly into the folder via e-mail.
Use the WebDAV URL to access a folder directly as a file directory. Applications such as Windows Explorer and Microsoft Office can use a WebDAV URL to directly access the files stored in a Vibe folder.
You can use this URL to synchronize Vibe task and calendar folders to your desktop calendar application.
Folders can also be accessed using an RSS or ATOM Feed Reader or directly from the file system. Copy the RSS URL below and paste it into your RSS reader to access this folder as an RSS feed.
Caution: This RSS URL has been created for your use only. It uses your access rights. Sending this URL to other people may give them access to entries in this folder that they may not otherwise be able to view.
