I am new here. I am a maths teacher in secondary school in France. We use iFolder to synchronize data between the members of an association which organize a yearly event called the "Rallye Mathématiques des Collèges". It consist of solving mathematical problems in teams of four pupils by manipulation and discussion. The members synchronizing their files are the president, the secretary and the finance guy, myself :-)

I installed Simias/iFolder v3.8.0.3 following this tutorial on a debian squeeze box. I have a OpenLDAP v2.4.23 handy on the same computer but I am not using it as our needs so far are limited to 3 users. I might give it a try in the future if the number of users increase.

My problem is that I can't change the password of an existing user. I get (translated from French) "The password couldn't be modified. It couldn't be reinitialized". The message is the same whether I try to use the desktop or the iFolder client.

NB : the server and clients are all in the same 3.8.0.3 version.

Any idea/help ?
