The use case around which it is based on/built as of now is to allow,  iFolder deployment and account configuration(to some extent) automated way from some

Package deployment Manager.  Using the package deployment manager, deliver the install binary, AutoAccount.xml(either a generic or user specific) and then

trigger a install and account configuration.

Idea here is that, the AutoAccount.xml can have user specific configuration or it can be a generic one.  Since your idea of placing it remote location is interesting,

would like to know the use case / how exactly you planned to use this if that feature was available.
