I would like iFolder to work with or *without* the gui. Maybe have the gui to do administration, but I'd love to have it be able to be launched as a back-grounded daemon.

This would solve a couple problems...

1.) It might have a better chance of surviving through major gui changes (gnome, kde), and..

2.) would allow an admin to handle iFolders for a set of server users without them even knowing it... of for application directories on Linux boxes without gui... and so on...

What can I do to help!?
